The World Champion Junior Springboks have thrashed the Junior Wallabies 56-17 in round two of the Under 20 Rugby Championship in Gqeberha to win the tournament with a round to spare.
South Africa outscored the Australians by eight tries to three, enough to move to 10 points on the log after two bonus point wins.
And with New Zealand losing to Argentina 25-17, there is no way to catch South Africa, even if the Kiwis can beat them in the third and final round next weekend.
New Zealand and Argentina have four log points after two rounds, not enough to overtake South Africa.
