Ngobese-Zuma says South Africa should first benefit its own.
“We are not going to take away the fact that some foreign nationals have to take some responsibility, we know that some are corrupt, and we know some South Africans are corrupt, but the foreign nationals are not innocent, and they always play the victim card. We want South Africa that works, not an African that is going to be here in SA and that is not a functional Africa.”
