A 54-year-old Limpopo pastor accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl is applying for bail in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court outside Polokwane.
The accused, who couldn’t be named to protect the identity of the victim, sexually assaulted a teenage girl aged 11 between 2023 and 2025.
He’s also facing rape charges in the Senwabarwana Magistrate’s Court.
The accused pastor has been in custody since his arrest in January this year. He allegedly sexually molested a teenage girl who was staying with him and his family.
In the previous hearing, the court heard that the accused possessed pornographic material from his victims.
