South Africans from various church denominations gather for the National Day of Prayer in 2024.
The Motsepe Foundation says it is all systems go for the annual National Day of Prayer, held at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on 30 November.
This is as preparations and plans are being finalised for the big event.
More than a 120 000 people from all walks of life and several faith based and religious organisations are expected to unite in prayer on Sunday at the stadium.
The Chief Executive Officer for the Motsepe Foundation, Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe, says the day is aimed at fostering stronger unity and social cohesion in a bid to collectively find solutions for the many socials ills in South Africa.
The 2025 Motsepe Foundation National Day of Prayer is for all South Africans.
