Businessman Vusi Mduduzi Motha takes legal action against Mpumalanga Suspended police commissioner Lieutenant General Daphney Semakaleng Manamela following a press briefing at which she made various allegations of corruption and interference within the South African Police Service (SAPS). SAPS leadership and the SABC are also listed as respondents in the matter before the Mpumalanga High Court.
