Johannesburg High Court
The High Court in Johannesburg is expected to deliver judgment on Wednesday in the urgent application brought by the owner of the Mable Towers building in the city centre.
The building owner brought an interdict to stop the City of Johannesburg from demolishing illegally erected structures inside the building.

The City also wanted to disconnect illegal water and electricity connections.
Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero led a bylaw enforcement operation on Tuesday, which targeted the Marble Towers building.
The Mayor says the building owes the city over R14 million in unpaid rates and taxes, water and electricity supply.
