The Blitzboks are in the final four last Sunday.
South Africa’s Blitzboks have secured a spot in the Cup semi-finals of the Perth leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series. Despite a loss to Argentina in their final Pool A match, the Blitzboks, who triumphed in Cape Town last month and currently sit fourth on the series log, progressed to the quarterfinals.
Facing their long-time rivals, Fiji, in the quarterfinals, the Blitzboks delivered a commanding performance, defeating the Pacific Islanders 19-0. They will now take on hosts Australia for a place in the final, with the match scheduled for just after 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
