Proteas win by 109 runs
South Africa needed just more than an hour on day five to wrap up the second cricket test against Sri Lanka in Gqeberha to clinch the series 2-0.
The visitors who resumed their second innings on 205 for the loss of five wickets, still 143 runs short of the victory target, were bowled out for 238.
Left-arm spinner, Keshav Maharaj, was the destroyer-in-chief on day five and finished with figures of 5/76 runs in 25 overs.

With their victory by 109 runs, the Proteas remain on course for a place in next year’s ICC Test Championship final.
They have two test matches remaining before that, both at home against Pakistan, with the first one starting on the 26th of this month in Centurion.
