Springbok coach has decided to unleash the Hendrikse siblings, Jaden and Jordan, on Wales at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday evening.
It will be the halfback pairing’s first test match together, having already become the 36th pair of brothers to don the green and gold.
Jordan Hendrikse will earn his second cap at flyhalf but it will be his first test on the end-of year tour.
Jaden was the starting scrumhalf against Scotland. Erasmus also included hooker Johan Grobbelaar in the starting 15 and the uncapped loose-forward Cameron Hanekom on the bench.
They are the only other members of the touring squad who have not featured so far.
Eight players who started against England, were retained for the match against Wales, including the five outside backs.
