Three Limpopo learners arrested for alleged bullying


Three Limpopo high school learners have been arrested in connection with the alleged bullying of a fellow learner at Ralson Tshinanne Secondary School outside Thohoyandou.

Police say the bullying victim attempted suicide at his home and was rescued by his parents.

Police add that the victim faced constant bullying and assault by the three suspects aged between 17 and 21.

The suspects will be charged in line with the Child Justice Act.

They will soon appear before the Thohoyandou Magistrate’s Court on charges of common assault.

Investigations into the matter are continuing.
