Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus has rolled out the heavy artillery for his team’s test match against England at Twickenham in London on Saturday.
He has made 12 changes to the starting fifteen that beat Scotland at Murrayfield in Edinburgh on Sunday.
The most notable of those changes is the inclusion of tight head prop and renowned scrummager, Wilco Louw.
The last time Louw played for the Springboks was behind closed doors against Argentina in Gqeberha more than three years ago.
Lock Eben Etzebeth, Ox Nche and Bongi Mbonambi are the only players in the starting fifteen who also started against Scotland.
The bench is a five-three split in favour of the forwards, while the 23-player squad includes 15 players who also played against England in last year’s World Cup semi-final in France.
