The state intends to oppose bail for the second man accused of the murder of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock.
The 25-year-old Mozambican national, Armindo Pacula, has made his first appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court.
He was arrested at an informal settlement in Primrose, east of Johannesburg, over the weekend.

Pacula is facing charges of murder, conspiracy to murder and contravening the Immigration Act.
The case has been postponed to 9 February to verify the accused’s address and status in the country.
Warras was gunned down outside a building in the Johannesburg Central Business District (CBD) in December.
At the time of his killing, his security company had been contracted to enforce security at the premises.
