ANCWL reports disputes on first day of conference

The African National Congress (ANC) Women’s League National Working Committee Member, Boitumelo Moiloa, says a few disputes were reported on the first day of the Women’s League Mpumalanga conference. The long-awaited three-day conference finally got underway in Middelburg on Friday. The organisation has been led by task teams since the term of office of the structure elected in 2015, came to an end a few years ago.

Moiloa says, “Some of them were claiming that the BGM did not sit in their branches, but what the Dispute Resolution Committee does, is check with the demployees whether there are minutes, whether there’s a register. You would remember that processes of conferences also go through verification processes.”
