World Netball has confirmed the suspension of Netball South Africa (NSA) president Cecilia Molokwane.
But Netball South Africa maintains they are unaware of the charges levelled against their president. Molokwane is the president of NSA as well as Africa Netball and also sits on the board of the international body.
It is alleged that the 50-year-old Molokwane is systematically removing people who she feels will not back her for a third term as president at the 2025 Netball SA elections.
The Limpopo-born administrator recently confirmed that she will be contesting for a third term in office at Netball South Africa’s upcoming elections.
