African National Congress (ANC) officials are locked in a meeting with National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza, to discuss the Phala Phala saga.
ANC Chief Whip Mdumiseni Ntuli and Advocate Thembeka Ngcukaitobi are also attending.
Advocate Ngcukaitobi represented President Cyril Ramapohosa in the Section 89 Phala Phala Report at the Constitutional Court.
The advocate is expected to brief the party on legal avenues available on the Phala Phala judgment.
Last Friday, the court instructed Parliament to establish an Impeachment Committee to investigate any wrongdoing on the part of the president.
Since the judgment was delivered, the president has been consulting with his legal team led by Ngcukaitobi.
Luthuli House is yet to brief the nation on the way forward.
But the president has since said he will respect the Constitutional Court judgment, however, his detractors are calling for his resignation, while other parties have vowed to table a motion of no confidence against him by Wednesday latest.
