Enoch Ndou appears in the Thohoyandou High Court in Limpopo.
Multiple murder accused, Enoch Ndou, will today hear his fate in the High Court in Thohoyandou, Limpopo.
The High Court is sitting at the Waterval Magistrate’s Court outside Louis Trichardt.
53-year-old Ndou has been accused of the murder of seven family members at Jimmy Jones village near Malamulele on Christmas Day in 2021.
Ndou will know whether he is guilty or not. During the trial, Ndou did not call any witnesses.
Ndou is accused of shooting and killing Donald and Ndivhuwo Ndou, one-year-old Wanga, four-year-old Ronewa, eight-year-old Dakalo, 12-year-old Rendani and 37 year-old Portia Mabasa.
The shooting is believed to have followed a dispute over family inheritance.
Judge Thogomelani Tshidada’s judgment was delayed due to the unavailability of Ndou’s lawyer, Advocate Kagiso Muthivhithivhi, at the previous court hearing.
