Traditional leaders from Limpopo are set to march to the Traditional Affairs department and the Premier’s Office in Polokwane to present a memorandum outlining their grievances.
Among their key concerns are the delayed construction of traditional council offices and the insufficient provision of resources necessary for their daily operations.
They are also demanding the recognition of some traditional leaders.
Traditional leaders will submit a memorandum of grievances to the provincial government, seeking recognition and compensation.
