The issue of unutilised, hijacked and abandoned buildings in KwaZulu-Natal will come under the spotlight at a Property Management Conference in Durban today.

The conference which property industry experts have organised is being held under the theme, Build KZN Better.

Hijacked buildings in the Durban CBD have been a thorny issue for the city.

City officials have in the past expressed concern that the buildings would become hideouts for criminals.

This morning, I am excited to join KZN Premier Thami Ntuli, KZN MEC for Public Works Martin Meyer, and eThekwini Mayor Cyril Xaba at the ‘Build KZN Better’ conference at the Durban ICC where I will participate in a panel discussion and deliver an address.🏗️
