File: ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba briefs the media.
Action SA leader Herman Mashaba has reiterated his stance that undocumented migrants should go back to their countries of origin.
He addressed party supporters and members in eMalahleni Mpumalanga where he also introduced the party’s mayoral candidate for the Nkangala district, Mary Phadi.
Mashaba says illegal migration puts significant strain on the delivery of basic services.
“We would go back to our drawing boards obviously make sure that we have the numbers to convince us that we must go to other municipalities. Undocumented illegal foreigners are not welcomed in this country and ive been consistent and it looks like this is resonating with South Africans because its a reality that unfortunately affects the marginalised South Africans what I call the forgotten people.”
