Bellarmine Mugabe and Tobias Matonhodze appear in the Alexandra Regional Court in Johannesburg.
The Alexandra Regional Court in Johannesburg has heard that the victim in the case of Bellarmine Mugabe and co-accused was paid R250 000 in exchange for silence.
The investigating officer says the man who had been shot and wounded in February was going to be paid another R150 000.
The victim had been employed at the residence of Bellarmine Mugabe and co-accused Tobias Matonhodze.
The two appeared in court for sentencing. In their last appearance, they pleaded guilty to several charges.

The victim in the shooting incident involving Bellarmine Mugabe, the son of former Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe and his cousin Tobias Matonhodze is to be paid R400 000.
R250 000 has already been paid to him, according to the Investigating officer.
