Two suspects have been arrested for allegedly robbing paramedics who were responding to an emergency in Bontheuwel, on the Cape Flats.
Police spokesperson, Ndakhe Gwala, says the duo snatched the paramedic’s bag from their vehicle, and police arrested the suspects shortly after the incident.
“Bishop Lavis police arrested two male suspects aged 21 and 30 for possession of stolen property this morning. The police found the duo with the stolen bag. They will make their first court appearance in the Bishop Lavis Magistrate’s court once they have been charged.”
