Joshlin Smith was reported missing from her home in Saldanha Bay in February 2024.
The police search for the missing Joshlin Smith has been called off for Friday at Saldanha Bay on the Cape West Coast.
A renewed search for Joshlin was initiated following recent claims made by a community member regarding her alleged whereabouts.
Members of the K9-Dog Unit and community members assisted in the search at Tabakbaai in Saldanha Bay.
The then six-year-old Smith went missing two years ago. Her mother, Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appolis and Steveno Van Ryn are currently serving life sentences for human trafficking and kidnapping of the young girl.
