Deputy National Police Commissioner Tebello Mosikili says their safety program launched for the festive season will continue beyond the period.
Mosikili was speaking in Cape Town during the inspection of the national safer season operations programme.
She was addressing more than 400 newly appointed constables.
“We do that diligently, focused and professionally, we are not going to go out there and make people feel we are here and tomorrow its back to square one, we are going out there to display our professionalism, capability and capacity that we have taught.”
