A prominent musician, Lehlogonolo Chauke, popularly known by his stage name, Shebe Maburna, has been denied bail by the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court.
Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi has delivered the verdict in the Polokwane magistrate’s court.
The court has found that the accused Shebe Maburna cannot be granted bail as the firearm used in the three attempted murder cases has not been found.
Magistrate Netshiozwi has also said that most of the offences were committed whilst he was out on bail.
