The state is opposing bail. The investigating officer, Phaladi Makola, has confirmed during re-examination by the prosecution that there is a video footage showing Shebe Maburna in a shooting incident in Ladanna, Polokwane.

Prosecutor Kgaogelo Lekoloane: ” It was put to you that there is no evidence of the bail applicant shooting anyone on video and your answer was that you will be surprised when we go for trial in court, remember? I remember! Amongst the evidential material that the state intends to use against the bail applicant in so far as count 1, 2 and 3 are concerned. Is video footage amongst such?.
