Lekompo musician Shebe Maburna seen in the dock during his bail hearing.
The investigating officer in the case of Lekompo musician, Lehlohonolo Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna, has told the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court that the accused is not a first time offender.
He is applying for bail after his arrest last month. Chauke is facing three counts of attempted murder and malicious damage to property.
The investigating officer, Phaladi Makola, has told the court that the victim who was allegedly shot by Shebe Maburna is still in hospital.
Makola says that they are yet to recover the weapon used in the shooting.
