Bail hearing resumes for man accused of killing two RAF beneficiaries


The bail application of a  man accused of orchestrating the murder of two men who received money from the Road Accident Fund is expected  to resume in the Mhala Magistrate’s Court  in Thulamahashe near Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga.

Sidwell Khosa is facing a schedule six murder case .

It is alleged that Khosa linked Xihlanariso Sambo and Kenneth Nkuna to a lawyer who submitted their claims to the Road Accident Fund.

When the claims were paid out, Khosa demanded a fee for his alleged service.

The two men are reported to have been abducted and made to transfer their money into Khosa’s bank account before they were killed.

One of the hitmen has since been sentenced to 25-years imprisonment for the murder of the pair.
