Accused in pig farm murder
The trial of a Limpopo farmer has been adjourned to Tuesday in the High Court in Polokwane.
This comes after the court was informed that the lawyer of one of the accused, Zacharia Olivier was not available.
Olivier is accused of shooting and killing Maria Makgato and Kudzai Ndlovu, and wounding Mabutho Ncube. A former accused who has turned state witness, Rudolph de Wet will continue to testify when the matter resumes on Tuesday.
Oliver’s co-accused William Musora is facing charges of defeating the ends of justice and contravening the Immigration Act.
This is how Judge Jane Ngobeni adjourned the matter.
“Mr Olivier and Mr Musora you can rise, the case against both of you is postponed until tomorrow the 4th of November 2025 and that is for further hearing. You are both still remanded in custody.”
