Stop Bullying
The ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) in the Western Cape has expressed its outrage and condemnation of the recent bullying incident at Milnerton High School, where a young learner was violently attacked and humiliated by his peers.
In a video doing the rounds on social media, it can be seen how the learner is assaulted by other boys with objects such as hockey sticks.

The ANCWL says this incident has exposed the ongoing challenges of safety, discipline, and moral decay in schools.
It says they are calling on the Western Cape Department of Education, the School Governing Bodies, parents, and community policing forums to work together to establish strong and effective anti-bullying programmes.
