Court official holds a banner of slain NPA prosecutor Tracy Brown
A second suspect arrested in connection with the murder of NPA prosecutor Tracy Brown and made a brief appearance in the Gqeberha Magistrate’s Court in the Eastern Cape.
The suspect Ayabulela Busakwe (31) is facing a string of charges which include murder, conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Brown who was stationed at New Brighton Magistrate’s Court, was fatally shot outside her home in Young Park, Gqeberha.
NPA Regional Spokesperson, Luxolo Tyali, says the case was postponed to the 10th of September for the formal bail application of co-accused Sithembile Xungu.
Xungu had initially abandoned his bail bid.
