Judgment is expected to be delivered today at the Pretoria North Magistrates’ Court in the bail application of one of the three men accused of killing Ditebogo Phalane.
Pelia Maeko, Ali Sithole, and Nido Gumbo allegedly shot the child during a hijacking at his home in Soshanguve, in May last year. It is believed that little boy was gunned down as he ran out to greet his father, who was arriving home from work.
