Police have confirmed that five people have been killed in a shooting incident at a tavern in the Choba informal settlement in Olievenhoutbosch, Pretoria.
The incident happened Friday night. This, after a group of armed men entered the tavern and started shooting at patrons randomly.
The motive for the shooting is yet to be established.
Initial reports said six people were killed, but police have since revised the number to five.
There are reports that some people were wounded during the shooting. However, it is not yet clear how many were harmed.
