Mduduzi Mnisi, who faces charges of premeditated murder of teenager Likhona Fose, appears at the Roodepoort Magistrate Court on 18 June 2025.
The case against Mduduzi Mnisi, who is accused of murdering 14-year-old Likhona Fose, is expected to resume in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court on Gauteng’s West Rand Wednesday morning.
It is the continuation of the bail application.
In the previous appearance, Mnisi’s girlfriend Pinkie Gantso testified that on the night Fose was killed, Mnisi was with her at her place in Daveyton, east of Johannesburg.
However, the Investigating Officer in the matter, Moses Semosa maintained that Mnisi was the last person to be seen with Fose around Durban Deep.
Likhona’s grandfather, Thozamile Mlenze, “What we are asking from the government is the if he gets bail, we won’t be happy as a family. Should he get bail, because us as the family, it is very disheartening whether he can get bai. It will never be nice with us because Likhona will never come back again to us.”
