Operation Dudula teams up with traditional leaders on immigration

Anti-migrant group Operation Dudula says traditional leaders will join it in its next national shutdown aimed at fighting illegal immigration.

Operation Dudula has been in the news lately for conducting raids in hijacked buildings in Johannesburg and preventing illegal immigrants from accessing healthcare services in South African hospitals.

The group has also accused the government and police of not putting the country’s citizens first.

Operation Dudula president Zandile Dabula says, “Operation Dudula has been approached by traditional leaders, you know Amabutho and Izinkosi zethu, because they’re also feeling that enough is enough, the country is going down the drain and nobody is doing anything about it. So, they want to partner with us so that we can plan a national shutdown until the government is ready to deal with the situation. So, we’re honoured to be approached by such respected people. It means we are going somewhere, and we are heading somewhere as a country.”
