Julius Malema attends funeral service of EFF members killed in a bus crash in KZN.
Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has committed to support the families of the party members who died in a bus crash last week.
The ten victims were returning from a Youth Day rally in Durban when the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck near Ulundi on the R34.
Speaking at a mass funeral service in Vryheid, Malema said: “Your children are not forgotten. The EFF will walk with you; we will support you and will continue to fight in their name. We are going to honour all of these 10 fallen heroes, each one of them with their house. A proper house that has got all the facilities. And if there is no water in those yards, we’ll make sure we put in boreholes so that we restore the dignity of those families.”
