Residents of Fleurhof in the west of Johannesburg will embark on a march to the Florida Police Station this morning to demand justice for the murder of 11-year-old Jayden-Lee Meek.
Police say the boy was dropped off by scholar transport on Tuesday afternoon, but he never made it home.
On Wednesday, the little boy was found undressed on the staircase of the complex where he lived.
He was found with multiple bruises on his body several hours after going missing.
Residents say if police conducted a thorough search of the complex, the boy would still be alive.
Gauteng Police Spokesperson Mavela Masondo says a case of murder has been opened.
