The Judicial Conduct Tribunal probing sexual harassment allegations against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge has resumed with a new witness taking the stand.
This comes after the Forensic Digital Investigator completed his testimony of the report into the electronic communication between the devices of Mbenenge and the complainant Judges Secretary, Andiswa Mengo.
Evidence leader, Adv. Salome Scheepers is expected to call a list of nine witnesses before the misconduct probe.
The list of witnesses includes a Forensic Linguistic Expert and the official that assisted Mengo in laying her complaint against the top Judge of alleged sexual harassment via in-person interaction and electronic communication between June 2021 and November 2022.
