Advocate Charles Mnisi who represents accused number 3 and 1 in the Senzo Meyiwa case.
Defence counsel Charles Mnisi says he will be ready to cross-examine the lead investigator in the Senzo Meyiwa trial on the 19th of this month.
The High Court in Pretoria convened on Monday morning for Mnisi to update it on his readiness to cross-examine Brigadier Bongani Gininda on behalf of one of the accused, Muzi Sibiya.
Defence counsel Charles Mnisi says he will be ready to proceed 19 May therefore the cross examination of lead investigating officer Brig Bongani Gininda is expected to commence then. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial #sabcnews

Mnisi is now Sibiya’s legal representative after taking over from the accused’s deceased lawyer. Sibiya and four others are on trial for the murder of the Bafana Bafana captain in October 2014.
Mnisi has reassured the court that he will be ready to proceed on that day.
