A vehicle drives on the N3 between KZN and Gauteng
The N3 Toll Concession says motorists should expect high traffic volumes along the N3 south and north bound direction towards Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal as many travellers return home after the Easter weekend.

It is said that the busy conditions are expected to continue throughout the day until approximately 8pm.
N3TC’s chief operating officer, Thania Dhoogra elaborates, “Please remember that law enforcement and other road incident management teams are deployed and will be maintaining a highly visible presence all along the N3 toll in addition to vehicle roadworthiness and driver compliance checks. They will also be closely monitoring traffic conditions and may implement traffic control measures should it be necessary to do so. Remember to always follow the instructions of law enforcement officials, please report any emergencies while travelling on the N3 route between Cedera in KZN and Heidelberg in Gauteng by calling the 24-hour helpline on 0800 63 43 57.”
