The trial into the case of seven-year-old Joslin Smith is expected gets under way.
Proceedings will take place in Saldanha Bay on the Cape West Coast where the girl’s mother and two co-accused are expected to take a stand on the dock.
The multi-purpose centre in Saldanha Bay has been proclaimed a court specifically for this trial so that the community can attend proceedings.
