Police in the Western Cape are investigating a shooting incident in Hanover Park on the Cape Flats in which two people were killed and another wounded.
Police spokesperson Ndakhe Gwala says officers responded to a complaint from a hospital after three victims sustained gunshot wounds in the Johndown area this morning.
Gwala says an adult male and female were declared dead on arrival at the hospital, while the third victim is receiving medical treatment.
No arrests have been made yet, and investigations are continuing.
