The Usindiso building fire in Johannesburg gutted the building and left 76 people dead in 2023.
Gauteng National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Magaboke Mohlatlole says judgment has been reserved in the matter involving Sithembiso Madlalose, the man accused of starting the deadly 2023 Usindiso building fire that claimed 76 lives in the Johannesburg CBD.
“The case has been postponed to the 3rd of June for judgment in the High Court in Johannesburg. Mdlalose faces 76 counts of murder and 12 of attempted murder, arson and defeating the ends of justice”
