Britain’s FTSE 100 is down 0.3%; the CAC 40 in France is 0.4% to the good and Germany’s DAX is 0.2 in the red.

The All-Share Index gained one percent 88.742; financials ended flat and the Industrial index firmed by 1.9%.
The Top 10 Resources index improved by 0.9% and the precious metals mining index added 0.9%.
