Over 2,500 members set attend EFF National People’s Assembly

It’s all systems go for the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF)’s third National People’s Assembly, which is taking place in Nasrec, Johannesburg, in Gauteng, over the next three days.

Over 2,500 members from branches across the country are expected to participate in this year’s conference where a new leadership will be elected.

Briefing media today in Nasrec Johannesburg, EFF Secretary-General Marshall Dlamini says the party is ready to elect its new top leaders.

“Today marks the beginning of the third National People’s Assembly of the Economic Freedom Fighters. And now we can announce that we are fully prepared for this assembly. We are ready … South Africans and people of the media,” add0000000000s Dlamini.

Meanwhile, EFF Treasurer General Omphile Maotwe says the registration of delegates for the party’s national elective conference is proceeding steadily.

Maotwe adds that the processing of several provinces has already been finalised.
