Social activist Thato Molosankwe’s funeral service is set to take place in Mahikeng, North West, on Saturday.
Families, friends and community members will gather at the Mmabatho Convention Centre to pay their last respects.
Molosankwe was shot and killed at his home in Lomanyaneng last week. He has been described as a voice for the voiceless and fought against crime.
Molosankwe was respected across the province and the country for his commitment to community development and unity.
As his final journey begins, the message from the community is clear that his legacy will not be forgotten. Community members are expected to come in numbers to pay their last respects to a man remembered for service, unity and leadership.
