Speaking at the Ratlou Local Sports Ground, Ramaphosa urged the recipients not to sell their land.
“We’re giving title deeds. We’re also converting the issue of leasing of land. We are saying those we had borrowed the land as government, we are converting that leasehold today and we’re now giving title deeds. The land is now yours and yours alone. You no longer share it with us as government.”
