Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court
The bail application of the North West businessmen Brown Mogotsi has been postponed to Thursday for address verification.
Mogotsi briefly appeared before the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court Monday morning.
He is facing charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating the ends of justice.
He is also charges of perjury for allegedly staging a hit on his life in November last year.
He has denied all charges against him.
The state was opposing bail.
