Alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi has denied all charges against him at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.
He says the charges are unfounded and speculative.
Mogotsi is applying for bail after his arrest about two weeks ago.
He faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating the ends of justice and perjury for allegedly staging a hit on his life in November last year.
Mogotsi told the court that he can afford R10 000. The case continues.
