Four people gunned down in the Free State

Four people have died after they were shot at by unknown gunmen driving in two sedans with Lesotho registration number plates on the R26 between Tweeling and Reitz in the eastern Free State on Thursday night.

Police Spokesperson Josephine Rani says the victims succumbed to gunshot wounds on the scene.

Rani says members of the public with information can contact Captain Dladla at 082 466 8530.

She says, “An anonymous tip-off can be submitted on MySAPS App or call the SAPS Crime Stop number. The information can also be reported at any police station.”
