North West businessman Brown Mogotsi will tomorrow appear before Parliament’s Ad Hoc committee.
The committee is probing allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Members of the committee met to discuss the next list of witnesses before them.
Mogotsi had initially preferred to appear virtually, citing safety concerns.
Evidence leader Norman Arendse says Mogotsi is expected to appear in person.
Last month, Mogotsi told SABC News during an interview that he does not trust protection that Parliament is offering.
